Musslan's first litter was a litter of five puppies. They were ready to move to their new homes on Christmas Eve, but because the new Millennium was coming up I had decided to keep them until after New Year. It turned out this was no problem as none of the puppies had a new owner at that age. The first ones moved at 4 months of age.

One of the black smooth dogs moved to South Africa at about 6 months of age and was shown as the first smooth chow in the rings there for many years. He quickly finished his title and is behind most smooths in South Africa today.
